GEJANG
Gejang (게장) is a traditional Korean delicacy of fresh, raw crab marinated to perfection in a rich soy sauce (ganjang). Our legendary recipe is a closely guarded secret from our sister restaurant, Kko Kko Na Ra, who proudly pioneered and introduced the very first Ganjang Gejang to Tras Street back in 2008.
What truly sets our Gejang apart is our unparalleled sourcing. The Gogijip and Kko Kko Na Ra work directly with our own dedicated boat captain to bring in premium, wild-caught female crabs straight from Yeonpyeong Island on the West Sea. Renowned across Korea as the absolute best source for female crabs bursting with rich, sweet roe (eggs), these crabs offer a deeply savory, melt-in-your-mouth experience you won't find anywhere else.
